Dublin Airport Operations - Statement from the Irish Aviation Authority 09:30, Saturday 12th July 2008

12 Jul 2008

Air Traffic Control (ATC) operations at Dublin Airport are now generally meeting demand with some delays being experienced at peak times. Peak time delays can sometimes have a knock-on effect during the day. Factors outside the direct control of the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA), such as weather or congestion in European airspace, may also however contribute to flight delays.

The Irish Aviation Authority regrets the inconvenience caused to our customers and the traveling public but would like to assure them that we are committed to reducing any delays, where possible.

The IAA acknowledges the ongoing support of the airlines, the Dublin Airport Authority and the IAA's operational staff during this period.
