Notification of a proposed change by a service provider

European Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/373 – Changes

A service provider, in line with the requirements of ASAM No.38 and ASAM No. 39, shall notify the competent authority (CA) of changes using the online Notification of Change (NOC) form hereunder.

If for technical reasons the online form cannot be sent, please use the contingency form at the bottom of the page.
