Please be informed that the EASA Notice of Proposed Amendment (NPA) No 2008/17 "Implementing Rules for Pilot Licensing", including the Explanatory Note and Appendices, Part-FCL and Part-Medical has been published on the EASA website at the following Weblink (http://www.easa.europa.eu/ws_prod/r/r_npa.php).

Persons or bodies wishing to comment on the EASA NPA should note that they should not send their comments to the IAA but should respond directly to EASA via the " Comments Response Tool"  (CRT) which is also detailed on the EASA Website at the same location as the documents.
