22 January 2010:  The Irish Aviation Authority is very pleased that:

• There will now be a full resumption of normal working by air traffic controllers with immediate effect and there will be no industrial action of any kind. Those suspended were restored to the pay roll with effect from 1800 hrs Friday 22^nd January 2010.
• IMPACT has withdrawn its objection to participation in the project work giving rise to this dispute.

Labour Court hearings next week will address all three issues (pay, pensions, and project work).
