Irish Aviation Authority (Noise Certification and Limitation) Order 2009

The Irish Aviation Authority in pursuance of sections 5, 14, 58, 59, 60, 65, 67, and 75 of the Irish Aviation Authority Act, 1993, as amended, has made the following Order, which will come into operation on 15th December 2009.
