Temporary Airspace Restriction at Punchestown Racecourse.

A TRA restriction (Temporary Restricted Area; for clarity designated as TRA 01) of the flying of aircraft shall apply in the vicinity of Punchestown Racecourse, Punchestown Co. Kildare in the airspace contained within the under mentioned:

1. from the surface to 1500 feet AMSL.
2. the period of the restriction shall be from 0900 hrs UTC to 2030 hrs UTC on the 28th June 2009.
3. within a circle of radius 2 nautical miles centred on coordinates 53 11 08.46N
   006 37 33.06W.

State aircraft and aircraft of the Irish Coastguard Service involved in search and rescue exempt from this restriction.

The purpose of the TRA is to ensure the safety of aircraft and air traffic operating at Punchestown Racecourse, within which flight restrictions may apply, and of other air traffic operating in the vicinity of Punchestown in the periods cited.

The airspace in the TRA is restricted to use by aircraft authorised by the Flight Operations Department of the Irish Aviation Authority TEL 00353(0)16031428 or 00353(0)866051122.

Temporary Airspace Restriction at the Curragh Racecourse Co. Kildare.

A TRA restriction (Temporary Restricted Area) of the flying of aircraft shall apply in the vicinity of the Curragh Racecourse, the Curragh Co. Kildare in the airspace contained within the under mentioned:

1. from the surface to 1500 feet AMSL.
2. the period of the restriction shall be from 0900 hrs UTC to 2000 hrs UTC on the 28th June 2009.
3. area is contained by coordinates;

53 08 43.23N 006 47 35.92W; 53 09 50.67N 006 49 27.85W;
53 09 11.44N 006 53 46.34W; arc 2nm radius centred on
53 09 39.72N 006 50 31.46W; 53 08 43.23N 006 47 35.92W.

The purpose of the TRA is to ensure the safety of aircraft and air traffic operating at the Curragh Racecourse, within which flight restrictions may apply, and of other air traffic operating in the vicinity of the Curragh in the periods cited.

With the exception of State aircraft or aircraft of the Irish Coastguard Service involved in search and rescue the airspace above is restricted to use by flights specifically authorised by Simtech Aviation Holdings info@simtech.ie or ph 00353 0(1) 8447093. An air/ground Freq will operate (121.750 MHz).
